It's very easy to create a new ad, Go to profile then press post new ads. You will be prompted with step-by-step screens to add all the necessary information including the type of your property, your ideal renter preference and monthly rent, utilities you will include with the rent, rules you want to enforce, and pictures of your listing. if you want to add more information add to the description with any language you want.\n

We care about your personal information seriously. Your address and full name will not be available for the public. we only show the 4-mile radius of your listing, your first name, and initial from your last name, and your public profile image for potential renters.\n

Usually, it will take less than 24 hours for your ad to be verified and available. You can always check the status of your ad by going to My ads and click on the ad from the list. If you feel your ad takes more than the expected time please contact us.\n
